As Energy and Atmosphere credits have become more critically important to LEED certification, Enhanced Commissioning EA Credit 3 has become a more important point to achieve. Choosing the right independent commissioning authority (CXA) to lead, review and oversee the completion of all commissioning activities is a critical decision. This seminar will present what to ask for in a CXA, how to work with an independent CXA, what it could entail in additional services, and in what format you should receive the information to achieve your LEED goals.
