Chapter Structure

The Kentucky Chapter is composed of an elected board of directors, advisory board, general circle and committees.  Board of directors are elected annually by Kentucky USGBC membership and serve two year terms.  Advisory board members are selected by the elected board.  The general circle serves as the operations hub for the chapter and is made up of each committee chair and elected representative for the committee. The Kentucky Chapter uses Dynamic Governance as its form of governance which is based on Sociocracy, a system of governance using consent-based decision making.
